Job summary

Shady Grove Medical Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to educate patients and families along the continuum of care. You will mentor staff, model professional behavior, and use clinical resources to support best practices in patient care.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, monitoring conditions, delegating non-nursing tasks, and conducting literature-based practice improvements to enhance outcomes. 7am–7pm shifts, 24 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Passing NCLEX is required for licensure.
• Current Maryland RN license required.
• Active BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed by specialty.

Pay Range:

$37.00 - $55.00 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
