Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Cartersville, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric dental office on a PRN basis, approximately three days per week. The ideal candidate will have pediatric nursing experience and enjoy working with children in a fun, family-centered environment.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, assisting with in-office sedation and dental procedures, monitoring vital signs, and educating families about care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and nursing degree.
• Pediatric nursing experience required.
• IV placement and pediatric sedation monitoring experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Assist with in-office sedation and dental procedures.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
• Perform patient assessments and ensure patient safety throughout treatment.
• Educate parents and caregivers on pre- and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide excellent patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies if needed.

Our pediatric dental practice is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with pediatric nursing experience to join our team on a PRN basis, approximately 3 days per week.
