Job summary

Premier Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse-CN-Supp to provide patient-centered care in PACU or critical care settings. This RN role is PRN/AS NEEDED with on-call scheduling, requiring professionalism and autonomous practice.

The nurse will collaborate with an inter-professional team, use the nursing process, and advocate for patients and families while complying with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• PACU or critical care RN experience required.

The Clinical Nurse-CN-Supp is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients/families/significant others to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support which impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in the practice of Nursing. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service. The RN serves as guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader and sentry. The RN collaborates with and guides care delivered by the inter-professional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards.

Graduation from accredited school of nursing

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Valid Ohio RN license

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: PACU or critical care RN experience required.
