Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a patient-centered Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in Savannah, GA. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation with a focus on cultural competence and collaboration with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) with required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as specified.
• Minimum of 2 years of current practice experience in the relevant area, with proficiency in computer systems, including Epic and 3M (preferred).
