Job summary

Excelcare at Troy Hills is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. As an RN in a skilled nursing environment, you will deliver direct nursing care, monitor residents, and ensure adherence to physician orders.

You will supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding compliance standards.

We offer competitive benefits and a starting rate of $40 per hour.
