Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a registered nurse to evaluate patients and develop care plans while coordinating with families and the care team to ensure compassionate, quality care. You will lead the care team to guarantee every patient receives attentive service.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans while communicating with the patient, family, and care team.
• Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure each patient receives quality care.
