Caris Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/Hospice care. The role requires an active RN license in the operating state, with hospice or home health experience preferred, and a focus on assessing and implementing comprehensive patient care plans.

Responsibilities include collaboration with patients, families, and the care team, advocating for patients, and guiding caregivers through education and resources.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
• Nursing experience preferred in Hospice or Home Health.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles and patient-family teaching.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patient, family, partners, and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Serve as patient advocate, informing on patient rights and reimbursement procedures.
• Observe and evaluate patient status and education needs for caregivers.
• Supervise and direct aides and licensed practical nurses in line with regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotating schedule and provide back-up assistance.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 / hourly Depending on Experience and Responsibilities
