Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Wound Care Nurse (RN) to provide focused wound care, skin assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration for residents in our long-term care setting.
Under the direction of the DON/ADON, the RN oversees skin care, prevention strategies, and documentation, with day shift 8-hour schedules, competitive wages, and opportunities to specialize in wound care.

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Weekend Wound Care Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys focused clinical care, assessment, and working closely with residents and interdisciplinary teams to support healing and prevention.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), the Treatment Nurse is responsible for overseeing skin care services and wound treatment for residents under physician supervision.
This role focuses on the prevention, treatment, monitoring, and management of skin disorders and wounds in accordance with established clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
