Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Trumbull, CT is seeking a registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a variety of clinical settings under provider direction.

The RN will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient health responses using established practices and protocols. Reports to a Practice Manager and collaborates with diverse clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License required.
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in clinical settings under provider direction.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient responses to health problems.

Job Description
Under provider direction, the RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Scope of responsibility is characterized by use of nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols and guidelines. This position reports to a Practice Manager.
Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License required.
