Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell, SD seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for day shift. This in-person role supports patients with comprehensive nursing care, coordination with physicians, and family education.
Expect to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm, with 72 hours per pay period across four shifts weekly. Eligible for student loan repayment and a robust benefits package that starts at hire.

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
