Tufts Medicine's MelroseWakefield Hospital is seeking an RN in Complex Care to provide professional nursing care under physician orders, assess and plan care, and coordinate delivery of services. The role emphasizes direct patient care in a complex setting, requiring a MA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
BSN is preferred. This position is 30 hours per week with day-evening shifts (10:30am-9:00pm) and call required, offering competitive pay and day-one benefits.

0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience.
12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience.
3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience.
8 Years of RN Experience.
This role focuses on providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Clinical Nurse duties: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care needs of a designated group of patients or provides nursing care and identified clinical support tasks within the scope of practice for achievement of the patient’s plan of care as directed. Provides professional nursing care to patients. Requires a nursing license. A professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education.
The RN Complex Care independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices in a complex care area.
