Elevate Care Country Club Hills is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. Responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and collaborating with physicians to optimize outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, respond to emergencies, and help create a safe, comfortable environment. An active RN license and CPR/ACLS are required, along with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
