Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is based in a pediatric intensive care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children.

Start date ASAP; 12-hour shifts with day or night options; W2 employee status. Ideal candidates hold an active MA RN license, BLS and ACLS, PICU experience, and are comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
