Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children in a pediatric intensive care setting with 12-hour shifts (day or night) as scheduled.

Ideal candidates hold an active MA RN license, BLS and ACLS, and have PICU experience. PALS preferred. The position is a W2 role with weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, and dedicated recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Must have American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
