Job summary

Ageless Women’s Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our women’s wellness clinic at the Biltmore location. The role focuses on hands-on clinical care, patient education, and building long-term wellness relationships.

Daily duties include patient assessments, blood draws, IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and concierge medicine services. You’ll collaborate with providers to design care plans that empower women to look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
• Experience in women’s health or hormone therapy (preferred).
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injections experience highly preferred.
• EMR proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and injections.
• Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments.
• Supporting wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy and vitamin injections.
• Providing care within concierge medicine offerings and preventive health screenings.
• Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies.
• Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Location: Biltmore clinic in Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, as needed | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Per Diem, On-Site/In-Person
Pay: $40 hourly rate

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Phoenix and support our growing women’s health clinic.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As an Ageless RN, you’ll play an essential role in helping women take charge of their health through hands-on clinical care, patient education, and long-term wellness relationships.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
• Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
• Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
• Providing care within our concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
• Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
• Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.
