Job summary

Vertus HealthCare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Palm Beach County, Florida. Responsibilities include performing visits per plan of care, completing OASIS, SOC, ROC, and documentation, coordinating with the clinical team, and communicating with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
