Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 8 Pediatrics unit in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time night shift role (7P-7A) offers a 35.1-hour work week and supports pediatric patients ages 0–12 with varied medical and surgical diagnoses.

The RN will coordinate and implement patient care through the nursing process, adhering to standards and policies while leveraging teamwork and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN working experience.
• At least 1-year pediatric experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED: At least 1 year of RN working experience


• At least 1-year Peds experience preferred


• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing


• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices


• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
