Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced OR RNs for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity allows flexible self-scheduling and supports pediatric OR staffing needs.

Qualified candidates will have RN licensure in Ohio, BSN (in progress acceptable), and strong clinical skills in patient assessment and critical thinking. BLS ACLS are required; PALS preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery and laser experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room, performing assessments and interventions to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assists the physician in the plan of care and ensures continuity between the patient care unit and OR.

• Pay Rate: $48-$52 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: PRN with flexible scheduling
• Shift Availability: Varies
• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed
