Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our outpatient care team in Michigan. The part-time, day-shift role focuses on clinical triage, education, and care coordination to improve patient outcomes.

You will assess patient needs, guide care transitions, and work closely with providers and care managers to support a smooth patient journey. RN licensure in MI and CPR certification are required, with 1–2 years in a medical office preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Michigan. CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in a medical/physician office preferred.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan. Valid CPR certification.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
