Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking an Experienced RN to join the Pediatric Unit - PICU on a 72 hours/2 weeks schedule, including rotating day/night shifts and every other weekend/holiday. Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
