Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking qualified RN nurses to deliver skilled in-home care. You will provide one-on-one nursing services, monitor patient status, administer medications, and adjust care plans in coordination with families and clinicians.

This role supports a flexible schedule with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. You’ll work in patients' homes within the service area and receive ongoing clinical support and training.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
