Dartmouth Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse specializing in pediatric Endocrinology. You will deliver evidence-based care, perform nurse triage, educate patients and families, and monitor diabetic patients as part of an autonomous clinical role.
This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, requiring NH RN licensure and BLS at hire; BSN is preferred and UHSC alignment with professional standards is expected.
The Clinical Nurse is an engaged and credentialed member of the Professional Nursing Organization and is responsible for autonomous practice directed by the professional tenets of practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist and transferor. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and to continuously monitor and evaluate practice to ensure safe passage of patients that is in the best interest of populations served. This position is working in pediatric Endocrinology primarily with new onset patients and supporting long-term diabetic patients. Responsibilities include, nurse triage, patient teaching, and daily monitoring of patient submitted diabetic numbers.
Full-Time, M-F 8am-5pm.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility- Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
