About the role

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home. You will learn ventilator skills and be supported by a dedicated team that wants to see YOU succeed and YOUR patient thrive.

Training and compensation

Nurses are PAID for Clinical and Ventilator Training upon completion of the first independent shift and scheduling of two additional shifts.
