Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Germantown, TN, is seeking a registered nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care across assigned units. You will round on patients, manage flow, and respond to emergencies while guiding on-site staff and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Under guidance from the Clinical Director, you will contribute to performance evaluations, care plans, and readiness for accreditation.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee (TN Board of Nursing) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds on patients to ensure care is delivered as planned.
• Coordinate patient flow, bed assignments, and shift staffing.
• Respond to emergencies and support unit admissions/overloads.
• Provide guidance to staff and delegates tasks within licensure requirements.
