The Medical University of South Carolina Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a part-time RN to join the Telemetry team. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults requiring medical-surgical care and continuous cardiac monitoring.

You will strengthen skills in rhythm interpretation, assessment, prioritization, and collaborative care within a supportive nursing team, with orientation based on experience and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current South Carolina or compact state RN license is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care for adults on the telemetry unit.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms continuously and interpret results.
• Prioritize care and respond to clinical deterioration promptly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary nursing team to support patient needs.
• Maintain documentation and support ongoing clinical development.

Job Description

• Part Time – 24 hours per week
• Two 12-hour shifts per week

Our Telemetry team cares for adult patients requiring medical-surgical care and continuous cardiac monitoring. Nurses have opportunities to strengthen skills in assessment, rhythm interpretation, prioritization, early recognition of clinical deterioration, and interdisciplinary care.
