Emerson Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Pain Clinic on a per diem schedule. The role requires active Massachusetts nursing licensure and BLS certification.

You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, adhering to the nursing process and clinic policies to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will collaborate with the care team, communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation.

Schedule: Per Diem

Pay Range: $37.88 - $75.78 / Hourly

Shift: Day shift

Hours: 6-4:30pm variable

About this role

Job Summary

Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Pain Clinic, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care appropriate to the age of the patients served in Pain Clinic as directed by nursing management. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies and professional organizations. Accountable for the safety of nursing care they deliver or supervise. Responsible to the patient and the family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect nursing care delivered.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of professional accredited nursing school required.
• Experience: Previous experience required.
• Licensure and/or Certification: Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required.
• Licensure and/or Certification: BLS healthcare provider required.
