Job summary

A Registered Nurse (RN) – Perianesthesia at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care from pre-op to discharge within a 36-hour workweek across four 9-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties and occasional weekends.

Schedule Details/Additional Information:

• Four 9-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday
• Variable start times typically between 0900-1100
• On call approximately 1-2 shifts overnight every 6 weeks, 3-4 weekends per year, and 1 holiday every 1 1/2 to 2 yrs.
• 30-minute call response time required.

Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS upon completion of orientation
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
