Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking an Outpatient Surgery Center RN to join our team. This full-time daytime role involves pre- and post-operative care for multiple service lines, with a 5x8 schedule, no on-call, and no holidays. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

More About Our Team

Outpatient Surgery RNs enjoy an environment of learning and growth through cross-training across multiple areas (Pre-Op, Post-Op and Endo) including floating to the main hospital when needed. You will support the recovery of patients from 10 operating rooms with service lines that include Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Ear Nose and Throat, Neurology and Podiatry.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS and PALS required upon hire
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year bedside nursing required; OR Circulator nursing preferred
