Job summary

Allure of Galesburg is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The roles offer competitive pay: LPNs earn $34/hour and RNs $39/hour, plus bonuses for no call-ins and for picking up extra shifts, with daily pay options and generous PTO. Weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
