Job summary

Comfort Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for Per‑Diem home health visits in the Waltham/Arlington/Lexington area. You will manage patient care at home, build relationships, and make clinical decisions that matter, with autonomy and a supportive team.

Active MA RN or LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred) are required. Per‑Diem roles offer flexible scheduling and the chance to positively impact patients’ lives.

Qualifications

• One year nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• Per‑Diem home health visits in MA require reliability and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and adapt: evaluate patient condition, needs, and well-being during visits.
• Create and modify care plans based on patient needs and changing conditions.
• Teach and support patients on medications, wound care, and independence at home.
• Communicate and coordinate with providers, families, and care teams.
• Document and reflect: record notes and ensure continuity of care for the next nurse.

We currently have Per‑Diem openings for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the Waltham/Arlington/Lexington area. Compensation for this position is $35 per visit for an RN or $30 per visit for an LPN with an expectation of two visits per hour on average.
