Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan is hiring a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for Long Term Care on a full-time, variable shift schedule. This role involves a 36-hour work week across three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation.

New graduates are welcome; LTC experience is preferred. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $9,000 (RN) or $4,500 (LPN) with a 2-year commitment. Munson offers tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and wellness programs.

Full-Time: 36 Hours Weekly - 3 12's Shift - Variable: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Every Other Weekend Rotation.

This position is eligible for up to a $9,000 sign-on bonus (Registered Nurse) of $4,500 sign-on bonus (LPN) with 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare! Terms and conditions apply.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
