Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift on a consistent schedule.

This role features 12-hour day shifts with a Tuesday/Wednesday work pattern and every-other-weekend coverage. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the care team to promote safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.

Schedule:

• Every Tuesday and Wednesday

• Every other weekend

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on a consistent full-time day-shift schedule.
