Job summary

Advena Living of Bonner Springs is seeking an RN or LPN to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide direct care, assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs to maintain quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

You must hold an active Kansas RN or LPN license. We value strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork, plus the ability to lift and assist residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
