Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an RN Circulator in Wilton, CT to provide direct nursing care during surgical procedures and promote patient safety. The role requires an active CT RN license, an ADN or higher, and BLS within two months.

The RN Circulator will assess diverse patient needs, prepare the OR, monitor vital signs, aid the surgeon with instruments, ensure aseptic technique, and collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license from Connecticut Department of Public Health.
• Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification within two months.
• At least two years of OR nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, patient safety, and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and age-related needs to deliver personalized care.
