Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room in Charlotte, NC. You will provide and coordinate patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, evidence-based perioperative services within a high‑reliability surgical team.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week (M-F with 3–4 days) and may include night and weekend call. At least one year of RN experience is preferred for the Periop Residency, with a March 2027 cohort

• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You'll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
