Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an Operating Room role in a high‑volume hospital. You will provide direct patient care through the perioperative continuum, from assessment to post‑treatment education, in collaboration with the care team.

The position supports vascular cases across 13 ORs, offers self‑scheduling with 12‑hour shifts, call duties and holiday rotations, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including educational

Qualifications

• Current RN license; BSN preferred, ADN considered.
• Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
• Experience in perioperative care is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educating patients and families on post-treatment care, medication administration, and managing illness or injury.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Participating in activities that promote patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.

Qualifications And Skills
