Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman Operating Room in Cornelius, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our four-bed OR team. You will coordinate patient care pre-op to recovery and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the health system. We require completion of an accredited nursing program, RN license, and BLS.

One year of OR experience is strongly preferred. This full-time role features four 10-hour shifts with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

Expectations We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 1 year of OR experience as a RN strongly preferred

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
