What We Offer

• Schedule: PRN, not committed to a set schedule or guaranteed hours, schedule is based on unit need. Unit is looking for someone who can pick up a mininum of 2 shifts in two weeks (can pick up more around unit need). Primarily 6:45A-7:15P, can candidate can also work 6:45P-7:15A if interested and unit has the need. Can pick up shifts week days or weekends.

• Location: Forsyth Medical Center
• Unit Info: 17 OR rooms, 1:1 ratio, range of procedures.
• Requirements: At least 3 years of o perating room experience is required for this PRN position.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
  • ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
