Job summary

Loyola Medicine's Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park, IL is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse. This full-time, day-shift role supports orthopedic, urology, robotics, bariatric, eye, sports and vascular surgeries.

The RN will work in a high-collaboration OR with surgeons, anesthesiologists, scrub techs and team leads; BSN or ADN is required and BLS certification must be current before hire.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
• A degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Operating Room as part of a collaborative OR team.

Gottlieb Memorial Hospital has an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room. Gottlieb's OR consists of 10 OR suites specializing in Orthopedics, Urology, Robotics, Bariatric, Eyes, Sports Medicine and General & Vascular Surgeries. Our RN's in the Operating Room are the eyes, ears, and heart of our patients. They work within a strong collaborative OR team consisting of Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Scrub Techs, and Team Leads.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required -BSN or ADN

• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire/

BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
