Job summary

Advocate Health's AMG South Elgin OB-GYN unit is seeking a part-time Ambulatory and Outpatient RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting.

You will travel to three sites (South Elgin, Algonquin, Hoffman Estates) and cross-train to OB and Urogynecology; schedule is Monday–Friday with 1–2 late nights and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

We're Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Must be able to: push/pull with 30 lbs. of force and perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present.
