Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Silvis, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will develop and monitor the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants to personalize care.

You will make nursing diagnoses to guide treatment, record medication administration, and supervise staff to maintain safety and compliance with regulations. The role requires integrity, flexibility and a genuine commitment to residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as directed
