Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled home health services in Noblesville, Indiana. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Indiana.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health and Medicaid preferred.
• Solid understanding of Indiana Medicaid policies and documentation standards.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems.

Position Summary:

In this role, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care right in patients' homes while ensuring full compliance with Indiana Medicaid requirements. You'll partner closely with patients and care teams to carry out personalized care plans that promote health, independence, and a better quality of life.
