• - Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• - Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

Qualifications:
