Adventist HealthCare’s Shady Grove Medical Center is actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Observation Unit. You will educate patients and families, serve as a role model to Level I nurses, and uphold ANA standards of practice within our faith-based care mission.

You will use modern equipment, mentor colleagues, and participate in evidence-based practice changes while delivering patient-centered care during night shifts and on-call rotations, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Passing score on NCLEX.
• Minimum 2 year of RN experience.
• Current Maryland State nursing license.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities
