Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our full-time night shift nursing team in York, AL. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night.

The role offers a base pay of $33.25–$43.65 per hour (experience-based) with a night shift differential of +$3.00/hour and weekend differential of +$3.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
• Availability to work scheduled weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care throughout the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory requirements.

Base Pay: $33.25–$43.65 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

Night Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour

Weekend Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for weekend shift hours

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
