Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Boca Raton seeks a Registered Nurse for NICU per diem night shifts. You will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care and supervise assigned staff on your unit.

You will review orders and test results, document care accurately in the electronic health record, and ensure compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. An acute care background in NICU is preferred; Florida RN license is required.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Nursing required.
Florida RN license required.
Current AHA, PALS, NRP and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
Administer and perform specialized nursing care per unit and treatment.
Supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
