Job summary

LakeWorth is seeking a skilled RN to join our caring nursing team. This role focuses on growth, teamwork, and delivering high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care setting.

We offer flexible shifts (7-3, 3-11, 11-7), weekend options, in a clean, supportive environment with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and EAP. Must hold ASN and active RN license in the state; CPR required.

Qualifications

• ASN is required and RN licensure in the state of practice must be active.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong teamwork and patient-care focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor conditions, and perform routine clinical tasks.
