Primacare's Mon Valley Care Center in Monongahela, PA, seeks new RN graduates to join our team. We provide extra training and mentorship to bridge school to the floor, with supportive onboarding and a collaborative culture.

New grads will begin with guided training, supervised practice, and gradual responsibility as they transition to full RN duties, with competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or newly licensed).
• CPR / BLS certification required.
• Eager to learn and start a rewarding career in geriatric care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, person-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation care for residents.
• Administer medications, oversee treatment plans, and execute physician orders accurately.
• Collaborate daily with nursing staff, LPNs, and CNAs in a team environment.
• Monitor vital signs and changes in condition; maintain accurate electronic health records.

• Monitor resident vitals and changes in condition, maintaining accurate electronic health records.

• License: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or newly licensed/recent grads).
• Certification: Valid CPR / BLS certification.
