Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team in Minnesota. The RN will perform assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and uphold professional standards in a setting dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, administering medications, and educating residents and families. Must maintain current RN licensure and strong communication and organizational skills in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN licensure.
• Possess organization skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills; able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment for each resident.

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, care‑giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to each resident’s needs.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• The RN plans for and provides resident, family, and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state licensure as an RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Employment Details

0.7 FTE, 56 hours over two weeks.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $37.42–$39.17 per hour. A $2,000 sign‑on bonus is offered. Reimbursement to obtain or transfer an RN/LPN license to the state is available.
