Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Minnesota is hiring a New Grad Nurse Residency Program for RNs in St. Paul. This program helps new graduates transition with one-on-one care, award-winning training, and 24/7 support.

The role offers full-time hours (36+ per week) with daytime and overnight shifts and a variety of shift lengths, including 8, 10, or 12 hours. Salary ranges at $35-$37/hour with weekly pay and PTO, plus a $1,200 nurse referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
